We do not use cloud storage or servers for data collection. The only cloud backup option is an opt-in feature that uses the user’s own Google Drive, which is not required for app functionality. Our codebase has been assessed for HIPAA compliance, and we have implemented immediate high-priority safeguards, including encrypted data exports and biometric authentication, to protect all PHI.
